Where We Ship

Scott Sullivan Hot Rods currently ships merchandise to addresses within the United States.

Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing may take longer during product releases, events, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• Standard shipping: $6.95

• Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more

• Express shipping: $15.00

Standard shipping generally takes 3–5 business days after the order has been processed. Express shipping generally takes 1–2 business days after processing. Express shipping does not include order-processing time.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing their tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order resent.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email orders@scottsullivanhotrods.com with your order number and photographs of the package and merchandise.

For packages marked delivered but not received, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. You may also contact us at orders@scottsullivanhotrods.com, and we will help however we reasonably can.
