Refund policy

SSHR Merchandise Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition. To begin a return or exchange, email orders@scottsullivanhotrods.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Please do not send merchandise back without approval. Return instructions and the return address will be provided by email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Exchanges are subject to available inventory. Because some SSHR merchandise is released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that a replacement size will be available.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears.

Gift cards and items specifically marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
